If you are new and would like to register with us, please send us email on
contactcentre@taqadistribution.com with the following information:
- TAQA Distribution Account number or last bill
- Copy of the trade license for the company
- Mobile number and Email ID to be registered
- In case of Electrical Contractor, please attach valid TAQA Distribution Electrical contractor license
If you do not have an TAQA
Distribution account and owner pays for the Utility bills, please provide a letter from the owner\property management company mentioning the details and agreement for the same.

Our Property company user can access online services here. To access, please log in using your existing username and password. Requirements for registering:
- Email ID registered with our system
A pin will be sent to you on your registered email id which you will be requested to verify and continue the process.

- Name of company, Address, Concerned person
- Mobile number to receive SMS, Email address
- TAQA Distribution Account Number, Username for TAQA Distribution eServices
- Copy of Trade License
- A Letter requesting e-NOI access from TAQA Distribution.
- Username for TAQA Distribution eServices.
